With nearly 15 years of experience in insurance claim law, litigation, and dispute resolution, Brandon Tomlinson brings a rare blend of legal expertise, strategic insight, and practical problem-solving to the mediation table. As a former defense attorney who represented insurance carriers — and later as an advocate for homeowners, commercial entities, and restoration companies — Brandon understands the complexities and motivations on both sides of a dispute, making him uniquely skilled at guiding parties toward fair, lasting solutions.

Before founding Tomlinson Law Group, P.A., Brandon worked with an international law firm, served as a managing shareholder, and led complex litigation teams. His background also includes investigative work with the Public Defender’s Office and hands-on experience in the construction industry — all of which inform his thoughtful, solution-oriented approach to mediation.

Today, as the founder of Mediations Help, Brandon is dedicated to helping parties resolve conflicts efficiently, cost-effectively, and collaboratively. A Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator, he combines legal precision with creative negotiation strategies to transform disputes into opportunities for resolution and forward momentum.
